Ann is the oldest child in a family of seven and wants to be a doctor. Ann sought refuge with Jeremiah's Children after her father tried to force her into early marriage. Ann also has a passion for learning, even after being turned away from one of the primary schools in town. Ann and her younger sister boldly appealed to a local primary school for admission. Through the help of a good Samaritan and Ann’s bold courage to approach the school on her own, the girls were welcomed into the school, where Ann is now getting an education.
